Fatimah is the flower that blossomed in the face of adversity.
Fatimah is the woman of the universe.
Fatimah is the wife of the distributor of the river of Kawthar.
Fatimah is the mother who wept tears holding her newborn son,
As she learned of the injustices that would befall him.
Fatimah is the owner of the water
So when her son’s throat was dry,
He was denied what was rightfully his mother’s.
Fatimah is the daughter that stood up for her rights,
Given by her father, which was taken away from her unjustly.
Fatimah is a reminder of the word of Allah
Bearing witness to her just Lord,
Giving the rights to the ones that did not have any.
Fatimah is the wife that stood guarding the door,
Preventing her husband’s enemies from seizing him,
Risking her life to protect the word of Islam
From the same men who claimed to spread those words.
Fatimah is the wife that did not complain about any pain,
Only for her husband to find during her ghusl,
Her ribs crushed by the fallen door
While protecting the door of the Holy Prophet.
Fatimah is the infallible whose grave is still not known.
Fatimah is the mother of the children of heaven.
Fatimah is the woman of all women.
